  LINE MODELING - PEN

2021 • Line Modeling | ESAD

These are those drawings that require a lot of patience if we want to achieve a great result.

Using a pen, three-dimensionality, highlights and shadows of these works are only created with the amount of lines, a lot to create the shadow areas and less or none to create the lighter ones.

The first one I drew a spray can and on top of it an abandoned building that I know, I drew it by looking at a photograph, being the perspective and other details made by imagination.

This work's objective was to create a sort of castle or a building of our choice, adding some extra details to it, and working by modeling it by only using a fine tip pen to create lines. Perspective, vanishing points and atmospheric depth were also aspects that our professor would evaluate.

In the second drawing we were supposed to draw an animal of our choice, also modeling it by line and adding a colorful background.

The last one we had to choose, at least, 2 animals, and draw them while creating some depth, also adding color.

Works made in the first college year in ESAD (College of Arts and Design).
